Training Programmes
 
315° Foods Members are continually able to participate in subsidised training programmes, designed specifically to improve their business performance.

Training Programmes are designed specifically with small food businesses in mind, and address the technical, regulatory and commercial issues relevant to micro food businesses.

Recently, 315° Members completed a new, accredited Training Programme, the aim of which was to provide the owner/managers of micro-food businesses with the skills necessary to implement initiatives to support the growth and development of their businesses.

The Programmes consisted of 6 x 1 day Training Modules and 3 x 0.5 day on-site Mentoring visits per participant. The Topics covered during Training included:

The Training Programme cost was subsidised by 315° Foods, with the help of FAS and the International Fund for Ireland.

The Programme was accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

315° Foods also recently completed a 'Start your own Food Business' Programme for entrepreneurs within the 4 counties who are currently researching the possibility of establishing their own food business. The 1-day programme covered the following topics:
